Yep, I have Skype, it's similar to Chat and MSN. You have to initiate contact by sending an invite to someone. If your name is the same it's easy, but if you have a different name then you have to find a way of publishing it. I put mine on my profile which seems to be the best place if you don't mind anyone seeing it.
