How have you been spending your summer time ?
After a half-month of cloudy days, we've finally got the sunny days
There's nothing speciall in my life, but keep studing English .
And I have a question.
' in terms of' 'terms of use'
I often hear this word " terms" and still can't understand accurately.
in terms of = about ?
terms of use = how to use ?

Terms are like conditions, in the phrase 'Terms of use' the word refers to the requirements of the user to observe parts of an agreement. It is the same as saying 'Your part of the contract'. 
I hope the weather stays fine for you, our weather has been changeable but seems to be settling now.
