I often hear this word " terms" and still can't understand accurately.

terms of use = how to use ?

I went to play table tennis with my family yesterday.
This is in a city gymnasium, where residents can use 300-yen ( about 1.5 pounds) an hour.
Today I went to a cafe served buffet style.
The buffet is held on Thursdays in July every year,
my sister and I look forward to going 
I walk this street when I have time, for exercise.
Lots of houses are built near my house.
I was going to play table-tennis with my friends today, but it turned out that we couldn't book the gymnasium . all the time-period were booked

I made a cake to my father for Father's day.
This is Orange cream cake.
We are in the rainy season in Japan. It was raining hard until the noon, but then the sky became clear . So I could go for a short walk

It means ,

Actually we have same kind of phrase in Japan .
" Su-gomori Kyuuka "
Su-gomori means staying in the nest.
Kyuuka means vacation.
It describes people who stay at home during the vacation as a bird in the nest
