I found this in " BBC learning English .com".
They say that it means it's a licence for the Bank of England to print money.
So is this a noun ?
How do you use this ?

I found this word " staycasion " in BBC Learning English .
It means ,

" rather than take a traditional week or fortnight abroad, many people are now choosing to stay at home in the UK instead, "

Actually we have same kind of phrase in Japan .

" Su-gomori Kyuuka "

Su-gomori means staying in the nest.
Kyuuka means vacation.

It describes people who stay at home during the vacation as a bird in the nest

Isn't it interesting ?
